Your Tasks:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead our team responsible for the management and development of Shopping24's owned and operated websites. The hire will be responsible for driving traffic and revenue growth for these websites, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that they are providing an exceptional user experience for our customers. A key focus of this role will be on building and implementing a growth strategy for the websites, including optimizing the cost-sales ratio and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Manage and develop a team responsible for the operations and development of Shopping24's owned and operated websites 
  • Set team and individual goals and track progress against those goals, with a focus on driving traffic and revenue growth for the websites and optimizing the cost-sales ratio and ROAS
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the websites, including content management, product listings, and customer service 
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the user experience and increase customer engagement and conversion rates 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues that may be impacting the performance of the websites 
  • Analyze website data and use it to inform decision making and optimize website performance
  • Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports and recommend optimisation action plans to the team  
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to provide updates on the performance of the websites and to address any concerns or issues
Your Profile:
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a small team 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Extensive experience in the e-commerce industry, with a focus on traffic management and monetisation 
  • Proven track record of success in driving traffic and revenue growth for websites, including experience with SEO/SEA  
  •  Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Bing, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, or various retargeting and affiliate platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision making, including experience with cost-sales ratio and ROAS 
  • Knowledge of website development and content management systems 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
