Team Lead Advertisers (m/f/d) - Digidip

Your Tasks:
At mrge.com, we are committed to providing the best digital advertising solutions to help our clients achieve their goals. As the parent company of Digidip, Yieldkit, and Shopping24, we specialize in performance advertising and monetization and have a diverse portfolio of publishing partners. We are looking for a talented Team Lead to run the advertiser side for one of our portfolio businesses, Digidip. 
  • Lead and grow the advertiser team of Digidip
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key affiliate networks and advertisers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize our product offering and provide feedback from the market
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent mrge.com and its portfolio companies
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to management on sales activities and performance
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital advertising or publishing
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising industry and affiliate marketing
  • Full working proficiency in English
