Your Tasks:
At, we are committed to providing the best digital advertising solutions to help our clients achieve their goals. As the parent company of Digidip, Yieldkit, and Shopping24, we specialize in cost-per-action (CPA) and cost-per-click (CPC) advertising and have a diverse portfolio of publishing partners. We are looking for a talented Publisher Sales and Success Manager to join our team and help drive CPC sales and manage relationships with our publishing partners.
  • Identify and develop new CPA and CPC sales opportunities for, Digidip, Yieldkit, and Shopping24, with a focus on Yieldkit during the first year
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key publishing partners to increase CPA and CPC sales and improve client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns and ensure successful delivery
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent and its portfolio companies
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to management on sales activities and performance
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
Your Profile:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital advertising or publishing
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising industry, experience with CPA and CPC advertising preferred
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus
