We’d love for you to join mrge as a part-time Office Manager/Team Assistant (m/f/d)!

Office Management:

• Order office supplies and technical equipment

• Serve as the point of contact for facility management, contractors, and cleaning staff

• Process incoming and outgoing mail

• Manage supplier relationships and contracts

Team Assistance & Administration:

• Organize and prepare internal and external meetings

• Travel planning, booking, and travel expense accounting

• Administrative support as needed

• Create presentations and surveys

• Support in the onboarding of new team members

• Organize team and events
  

• Completed business apprenticeship or comparable qualification

• Professional experience in office management

• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite

• Proactive and independent work style

• Fluent in German and English

• Willingness to travel: Occasional travel between Hamburg and Berlin for team events and to provide administrative support at both locations

• Utmost discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive company, personnel, and financial data
