• Champion employee support by optimizing on- and offboarding processes, managing employment contracts, and maintaining accurate data in our HR Information System (Personio).

• Streamline payroll operations, acting as a specialist for Germany and advisor for our Canadian entities.

• Ensure compliance with German labor legislation, keeping HR policies up-to-date and aligned with regulations.

• Drive the implementation of efficient HR processes by collaborating with top management and People & Culture functions.

• Lead initiatives and projects that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace experience.

• Foster a vibrant workplace culture by supporting community initiatives and organizing engaging events.

• Analyze HR data to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making.

• You bring 3+ years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on People Operations and Administration, ideally in an international setting.

• You have a strong understanding of German employment legislation and its practical application.

• You excel in professional communication, with fluency in both German and English (written and verbal).

• Your solution-oriented mindset and proactive attitude make you a reliable problem solver.

• You thrive on taking initiative, identifying challenges, and resolving them effectively.

• You are based in or around Hamburg and are ready to make a positive impact.
